## 3. How to Update Existing Records

Once a health clearance has been verified by the Woof Team, breeders cannot edit the figures directly. This security control prevents unauthorized score alterations:
1. When you receive an updated ACES eye sheet or new semen analysis, go to your dog's **Health** section.
2. Click **Submit Updated Clearance**.
3. Upload the new veterinary certificate.
4. The Woof Team typically reviews and verifies the update within 1 to 2 business days, restoring its current verified indicator.
